The challenge
The dashboard sold service packages, but payment happened outside the system and order release was manual: delays, rework and lost orders.
The objective
Accept payments inside the dashboard, by card and Pix, and release the order automatically after confirmation.
The solution
Integration of Mercado Pago transparent checkout (card and Pix) into the dashboard, with confirmation webhooks, transaction logging, failure handling and automatic release of paid orders.
