Idea Bank Rework
Rework led by JBKR Web on an idea-bank system, modernizing the interface, reorganizing usage flows and improving the experience of those who submit and follow proposals.
The challenge
Systems in use for a long time accumulate friction: dated interface, confusing flows and low user adoption. The idea bank needed a rework to re-engage users.
The objective
Modernize the interface and simplify flows while keeping the existing functional base and data.
The solution
Full rework of the system: interface redesign, simpler submission and follow-up flows, and a modernized visual layer on top of the existing functional base, modernization in place, without a rewrite.
